This issue highlights the perspectives of translators who work with the literatures of the entire Portuguese-speaking world. The volume focuses on the translation process, and how translators seek to draw out the world views, experiences of place, and language varieties of the authors they have translated. Translation of Afro-Luso-Brazilian Literature into English will likewise feature short translation excerpts.
